Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, you may not:

1. Redistribute the Work, in whole or in part, by any means, including sharing, gifting, lending, uploading, posting, emailing, hosting, torrenting, or including it in any bundle, collection, or shared drive.
2. Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Work, any copy of it, or any Derivative of it, whether for money, trade, or other consideration.
3. Modify, adapt, remix, edit, crop, recolor, translate, or create Derivatives of the Work, except for minor changes strictly necessary for private display (such as resizing to fit a frame or screen) that do not alter the Work's content or remove any notices.
4. Use the Work commercially, including on products, packaging, advertising, marketing, websites, social media accounts used for business, client projects, or merchandise.
5. Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, signature, metadata, license identifier, serial number, or other attribution or tracking information.
6. Claim ownership or authorship of the Work or any Derivative, or present it as the Licensee's own.
7. Circumvent protections, including bypassing, disabling, or removing any access control, encryption, digital rights management, or watermarking, or sharing any account, login, or download link.
8. Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source files, layers, assets, or components from the Work, except where the law expressly allows this notwithstanding this restriction.
9. Use the Work with artificial intelligence or machine learning, including to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, or improve any model, dataset, or system, or to generate content intended to imitate or substitute for the Work.
10. Use the Work in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or infringing manner, or in any way that suggests Licensor's endorsement.
11. Register or claim rights in the Work, including trademark, design, copyright, or domain name registrations, or content-ID or similar claims on any platform.
12. Create physical reproductions of a Digital Work for anyone other than the Licensee, or manufacture, print on demand, or fabricate copies for others.

General Terms

• No transfer. Licensee may not assign or transfer this License or any rights under it. Licensor may assign it freely.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term or any other.
• Entire agreement. This License is the entire agreement about the Work and supersedes prior understandings.
• Licensor may update this License for future purchases by posting a new version. Updates do not apply retroactively to Works already licensed unless Licensee agrees.
• Electronic acceptance. Licensee's purchase, download, or use of the Work is acceptance of this License.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
Products from The Summation Project, LLC. are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the Work, including all copyrights, trademarks, and moral rights. This License is a license, not a sale of the intellectual property. Nothing in this License transfers ownership to Licensee. Any feedback or suggestions Licensee provides about the Work may be used by Licensor without obligation to Licensee.
